Wilmington Trust Hires David Huffman as Senior Managing Director for Washington, D.C. Office

WASHINGTON, DC — Wilmington Trust hired David Huffman as senior managing director and senior private client advisor for the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He will provide wealth management advice and solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families, business owners, entrepreneurs, and foundations and endowments throughout the Greater Washington region.
Huffman has more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry, and has worked with high-net-worth families for two decades. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Huffman was a managing director and private client advisor at U.S. Trust, where he was the Washington, D.C. team leader.

Huffman earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ferrum College. His professional certifications include NASD Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and the Life, Health, and Long Term Care Insurance license. He is a board member of Living Classrooms of the National Capital Region.
