Kate Andrew’s expertise is strategic asset allocation and portfolio management. She works with high-net-worth clients and foundations to develop customized investment portfolios based on their unique parameters for risk, return, and liquidity. She takes the time to listen to her clients’ objectives and to understand any tax, legal, and personal considerations. She then structures a well-diversified portfolio in keeping with recommended asset allocation programs. Andrew continually monitors and rebalances clients’ portfolios to meet their evolving needs and to take advantage of new investment opportunities.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the wealth management business. She began her career in the institutional investment arena which led her to a career in client portfolio management. Her experience includes 10 years with Northern Trust as Vice President and Senior Investment Advisor and 5 years as Vice President at Merrill Lynch Asset Management (BlackRock, Inc).
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Florida and in 1999 earned the prestigious designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). In 2008, she earned her Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). She is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society , the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of South Florida, where she served on the board for 5 years. Andrew’s community service includes supporting the Treasure Coast Humane Society.
