Todd Tautfest is responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, business owners, entrepreneurs, and foundations and endowments. As sales manager for the Southeast region, he oversees a group of specialists with expertise in planning, fiduciary services, investments, private banking, family governance, and estate settlement. Tautfest and his team work closely with clients and their advisors to develop financial strategies that help clients meet their current needs and plan for their long-term objectives.
Tautfest joined Wilmington Trust in 2009 and has over two decades of experience in investments and wealth management. He most recently served as the managing director of business development for BNY Mellon Wealth Management in its Georgia region. Earlier in his career, he held positions in South Florida for Sanford C. Bernstein & Company and J.P. Morgan & Company.
Tautfest holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and a member of the Board of Directors for Open Hand, where he chaired the organization’s successful capital campaign, and is currently Vice President of the Open Hand Board of Directors. Tautfest is also a member of the Alliance Theatre Advisory Board, as well as a Board Member at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), and a past Board member of the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Tautfest has served on the boards of the Palm Beach County Cultural Council, the Florida Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Miami Light Project, among other community organizations.
