PALM BEACH, FLA — Wilmington Trust hired Susan McCluskey as senior fiduciary officer for its Wealth Advisory office in Palm Beach, Fla. She is responsible for managing the fiduciary needs of personal trust clients throughout the Florida market.

McCluskey joins Wilmington Trust with 15 years of trust and investment management experience. Most recently, she served as senior vice president and client advisor with Bessemer Trust Company of Florida. Throughout her career she has consulted with both internal partners and external wealth advisors to deliver customized estate planning strategies and investment plans for clients.

“Susan’s experience and knowledge of estate planning techniques for high-net-worth clients complements our team of leading trust and estate professionals,” said Robert W. Bauchman, president of Wilmington Trust’s Florida market. “Susan has a tremendous dedication in meeting the diverse financial needs for each and every client.”

She received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Richmond, where she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She earned a juris doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. McCluskey is a graduate of the Cannon Trust School, and holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
