Wilmington Trust Expands Capital Markets Services Coast to Coast
Wilmington Trust, a leading provider of institutional trustee, agency, and administrative services through its Corporate Client Services (CCS) business, announced today the addition of five capital markets professionals to serve clients in Wilmington, Del., Los Angeles, Calif., and Dallas, Texas.

The new staff members join Wilmington Trust from Wells Fargo and include John T. Deleray, Jeffrey Kassels, Gregory Hasty, Cam Lindsey, and Mike Orendorf. The team specializes in providing traditional corporate trust and agency services for corporate escrows, corporate debt, municipal debt, life settlement, premium finance programs, and other capital markets transactions.

“The addition of John, Jeff, Greg, Cam, and Mike in those regions helps to enhance our already talented and skilled Global Capital Markets team, which we believe is one of the premier providers of trust and agency services in the industry,” said Jack Beeson, senior vice president and head of the Global Capital Markets Group in CCS. “We believe that the best way to provide the most effective service to our clients includes giving them access to our staff locally. We look forward to the continued expansion of this key business for CCS.”

In recent years, CCS has expanded its product offerings to accommodate developments in the national and international marketplace, including the addition of experts in loan administration, corporate restructuring, high-yield debt issue services, tender option bond services, insurance trusts, and project and equipment finance.

“Economic conditions continue to cause market disruption and distraction in the competitive landscape, which has led to increased demand for CCS’s services to corporate and institutional clients and their advisors,” said Bill Farrell, executive vice president and head of CCS. “These factors present an opportunity for us to continue to build on our commitment to providing our clients with best-in-class solutions from leading industry experts both nationally and internationally.”
