Senior Private Client Fiduciary Advisor
YORK, PA — Wilmington Trust hired Erin Miller as senior private client fiduciary advisor for its Wealth Advisory office in York, Pa. She is responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, and business owners, as well as foundations and endowments throughout York and Lancaster counties.
 
Miller worked as an estate planning, probate, and elder law attorney for 13 years prior to joining Wilmington Trust. Most recently, she served as an associate attorney with The Elder Law Firm of Robert Clofine in York.
 
She received a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from York College of Pennsylvania, and a Juris Doctor from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law.
 
Miller is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, and is a four-time winner of Philadelphia Magazine’s “Rising Star” Award in Estate Planning and Estate Administration. She is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Advisory Council for Model Training and Education of Guardians.
 
She is active in the local community, including the Embracing Aging Initiative of the York County Community Foundation, The Hahn Home, and the Planned Giving Council of York College. Miller also serves on the Advisory Council for Model Training and Education of Guardians in York County, and was instrumental in creating the Guardianship Monitoring Program established by the York County Orphans’ Court.
