Jim Della Sala
Wilmington Trust hired F. Jim Della Sala as group vice president in its Global Capital Markets Group. Della Sala will head strategy and business planning for the division.Della Sala brings more than 25 years of transaction banking experience with extensive knowledge of global corporate trust, entity management, and hedge fund administration. Most recently, he was global head and managing director of Deutsche Bank’s Trust and Agency Services, where he led numerous businesses including the U.S. asset-backed securities and European trustee businesses.

Della Sala has served in various leadership positions in the industry including Executive Committee member of the American Securitization Forum, and member of the American Bankers Association’s Trustee Committee. He is a contributing author to the “Handbook on Structured Financial Products,” and is a frequent speaker on market developments affecting corporate trustees and hedge fund administrators.
