Wilmington Trust Adds Three Senior Leaders to Wealth Advisory Team in Philadelphia Region

PHILADELPHIA — Wilmington Trust is growing the Wealth Advisory team in the Greater Philadelphia region with three new senior leaders. Joe Cozza was hired as a senior private client advisor, and Marc Dinacci and Kevin Zosulis join as senior investment advisors. Each was hired as a managing director.< /p>

Their knowledge and experience will be a great benefit to our clients in the Philadelphia area.”

JOE COZZA
As a senior private client advisor, Cozza provides wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and foundations and endowments throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
 
Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Cozza was managing director in JP Morgan’s Philadelphia office for nearly 20 years. Cozza was part of the team that helped establish the Philadelphia office. He remained a key senior member in the office over the years while managing a number of private client relationships. Before that he worked at in the Philadelphia office of Brown Brothers Harriman as a manager in the Corporate Finance Department, and at Philadelphia National Bank as vice president in the Corporate Finance Group.
 
Cozza received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and MBA in finance from Penn State University. He was named as a top financial advisor by the Philadelphia Business Journal and Barron’s magazine.
 
He is active in the community, serving as a director for the Adam Spector Foundation.

MARC DINACCI
As a senior investment advisor, Dinacci works with high-net-worth clients to develop customized investment portfolios based on their unique situations and goals.
 
Dinacci comes to Wilmington Trust from JP Morgan, where he was a global investment specialist. He directed the investments business for the Mid-Atlantic Wealth Management team for the past five years. In his 13 years with JP Morgan, he also worked as wealth manager and investment advisor. Previously, he worked at A.G. Edwards & Sons as a financial consultant.
 
He earned a bachelor’ degree in finance from Penn State University, and is a Certified Financial Planner™.

KEVIN ZOSULIS
As a senior investment advisor, Zosulis works with high-net-worth individuals and families, and business owners to address their investment and wealth management needs.
 
Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Zosulis was senior director and team leader for BNY Mellon Wealth Management. Before that he worked in M&T Bank’s Investment Group as a senior portfolio manager. Previously, he was a senior portfolio manager at Evergreen Private Asset Management.
 
Zosulis earned an MBA from Rider University in Lawrenceville, Pa., and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst™ designation, and has lectured on business and investment topics.
 
He is a member of the Finance and Investment Committee for the Heritage Conservancy, and is a member of CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia. He is a member of the 2010 class of Leadership Philadelphia.
