LONDON—Wilmington Trust, N.A. added to its Global Capital Markets team with the hiring of Yannis Kyriakopoulos as relationship manager in its London office. Kyriakopoulos is responsible for managing new business and client services for Wilmington Trust SP Services (London) Limited, which provides corporate services to companies involved in structured finance transactions. He will focus on securitizations specifically for the Greek market.
Kyriakopoulos has considerable tenure in the financial services industry, specializing in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, he was financial controller of OTE Plc., which provides finance for Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (OTE) and other OTE Group subsidiaries. Kyriakopoulos also worked as an auditor with KPMG in Greece specializing in the banking sector.
He has a master’s degree in investment management from Cass Business School in London, and an honours degree in financial economics from London Metropolitan University.
