Devon Bruce and R.J. Nicolli, Jr. appointed as Wilmington Trust’s wealth management business continues to grow across New York
NEW YORK—Wilmington Trust today announced that R.J. Nicolli, Jr. was appointed private client advisor for the Central and Southern New York regions, and Devon Bruce was named senior wealth investment advisor in the Central and Capital New York regions. Wilmington Trust added these new roles as its wealth management business continues to expand in the state.

R.J. Nicolli, Jr., Private Client Advisor
Nicolli was promoted to private client advisor and is responsible for providing wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, business owners, and foundations and endowments throughout the Central and Southern New York regions.
Prior to his new position at Wilmington Trust, Nicolli worked as a senior financial advisor for M&T Securities. In this role, he advised clients in all areas of financial planning, including retirement planning, income strategies, asset and business succession planning, insurance strategies, and portfolio construction and management.
Nicolli earned a degree at Columbia College. He is a registered investment advisor and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 26 licenses.

Devon Bruce, Senior Wealth Investment Advisor
As senior wealth investment advisor for the Central and Capital regions in New York, Bruce is responsible for developing and implementing Wilmington Trust’s customized investment advisory services for high-net-worth clients, foundations, and endowments.
Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Bruce was a director at Pathstone and Federal Street Advisors where he provided wealth management advice to clients, including investment strategies, financial planning, and philanthropy.
Bruce earned an MBA with a concentration in finance from Boston University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Union College.
