Wilmington Trust Expands M&A Escrow and Paying Agent Team with Senior Hires in Texas

Greg Stites added as client development officer, Amy Perkins joins as M&A relationship manager

DALLAS—Wilmington Trust, N.A. is expanding its M&A Escrow and Paying Agent group with two senior hires in the Dallas, Texas office. Amy Perkins was hired as an M&A relationship manager, and Greg Stites was added as a client development officer. In addition to growing staffing in the Dallas office to 10, Stites and Perkins join a team of more than 30 M&A specialists across the country.

Wilmington Trust established the Dallas office in 2012, providing support for public finance, business escrow, M&A, and corporate debt deals in Texas and surrounding states.  The firm has provided corporate trust services for more than a century. Wilmington Trust’s Global Capital Markets division continues to grow its corporate and institutional business in the United States and internationally. The division has dramatically grown its M&A practice in recent years, offering escrow agent, disbursement agent, and paying agent services, as well as investment options and 1099 tax reporting services.

“We couldn’t be more pleased to bring Amy and Greg over to our team,” said Patrick Trainor, senior vice president in Wilmington Trust’s Global Capital Markets division. “Together they bring more than 50 years of expertise in the financial industry. They’ll fit right in with our experienced team, which has consistently provided first-rate service for many years to our rapidly growing customer base.”
