PHILADELPHIA — Wilmington Trust hired Brad Weingart as managing director and senior private client advisor for its Wealth Advisory office in Philadelphia. He provides comprehensive wealth management advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business owners, as well as foundations and endowments throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Weingart was the Regional Executive at Citizens Private Bank, where he was responsible for overseeing all business development and client retention activities throughout the bank’s footprint.
Before that, he was an Executive Director at JP Morgan, responsible for managing a number of private client relationships. Weingart was part of the team that established the high-net-worth group in Philadelphia and served on the Private Bank Advisory Council and other national committees. He started his career in wealth management with Sanford C. Bernstein in Philadelphia.
Weingart earned a master’s degree in Financial Management from Drexel University, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland. He was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
