Wilmington Trust Hires Joy Holloway as Corporate Trust Relationship Manager in Richmond, Va. Office

RICHMOND, VA — Wilmington Trust added Joy Holloway as a Corporate Trust relationship manager in the Global Capital Markets division. She’ll work with municipalities, corporations, underwriters, financial advisors, attorneys, and other types of corporate trust and public finance clients for the issuance and administration of debt securities and escrows.


She is based in the company’s Richmond, Va. office.
 
Holloway has more than 27 years of experience in corporate trust and public finance, working with bond, custody, and escrow transactions. Previously, she worked for Regions Bank and Wachovia.
 
“We’re pleased to have Joy join our team,” said Robert Brown, administrative vice president of Public Finance and Agency Group. “With Joy’s experience and depth of knowledge of public finance, she’ll be a great resource for our clients throughout the region.”
 
Holloway received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond. She also earned the designation of Certified Corporate Trust Specialist from the Institute of Certified Bankers.
 
She is a member of the Virginia Chapter of Women in Public Finance, and an associate member of the Virginia Government Finance Officers Association. She also serves on the board of directors of the University of Richmond’s SPCS Alumni Association.
