Wilmington Trust Hires Scott Graham as Client Development Officer for M&A Escrow and Paying Agent Group in U.S. Midwest

Graham’s addition is part of a continuing expansion of M&A team with over 30 specialists located across the United States

CHICAGO—Wilmington Trust hired Scott Graham as client development officer for its M&A Escrow and Paying Agent group. In this role, Graham is responsible for directing the sales and marketing efforts for escrow and paying agent services throughout the U.S. Midwest region. He will be based in Chicago, Ill.

Graham has more than 20 years of experience in developing client relationships with a focus on corporate trust, agency, escrow and related services. His corporate trust industry experience spans sales, management, investment, and legal counsel roles at leading financial institutions. His emphasis has been corporate trust business growth, providing solutions for clients and relationship development in the Midwestern United States at prominent providers including U.S. Bank, JP Morgan, and Bank One.

He earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Duke University. He is on the Master Roll of Attorneys Licensed to Practice Law in Illinois.
 
He is active in the community and industry, volunteering for Junior Achievement and is a member of the American Bar Association, American Economic Association, Association for Corporate Growth, and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
